Title: The Pick-to-Learn Algorithm: Empowering Compression for Tight Generalization Bounds and Improved Post-training Performance
Authors: Dario Paccagnan, Marco C. Campi and Simone Garatti
Here we show that any learning algorithm can be used as a black-box to construct a new learning algorithm that exhibits compression properties and for which the powerful generalization theory of the scenario approach can be applied. "Spotlight" is a highly selective category and this achievement has been reported by the Imperial College, UK. It can be downloaded here.
